1. Where is Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc?
Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc is located in Ganh Dau commune, Phu Quoc island, Kien Giang province. This is the first semi-wild animal care and conservation park in Vietnam with an area of up to 380 hectares.

I booked a room at Vinpearl Phu Quoc, just over 3km from Vinpearl Safari. Therefore, it only takes 5 minutes by taxi to enter the zoo. If you move from Duong Dong town, just follow Cach Mang Thang Tam street to Duong Dong - Cua Can. Then turn left, straight ahead, you can reach Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc.
If you want to save money, you can choose to travel by free Vinpearl Phu Quoc bus along Duong Dong town. The bus time frame runs from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please carefully study the bus schedule to Safari Phu Quoc for convenience in traveling, avoiding missing the bus.

2. What does Safari Phu Quoc have?

2.1. Zoo Park
Vinpearl Safari is divided into 2 main areas, Zoo and Safari. In which, Zoo Zoo is home to more than 90 species of wild animals kept in captivity. However, their habitat is very spacious, placed in the middle of nature. This area has many rare animals that are raised to special standards. Believe me, you will be intrigued when witnessing the animals that seem to only be seen on television.
Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc Zoo is well planned with many different subdivisions. Each area has its own characteristics. If you have time, you should fully explore each area to learn about each animal species.
In particular, this place also has a performance stage and a zoo for children. There will be sheep, goats, squirrels… extremely cute. This area has always been especially loved by children. Only when you visit with your own eyes, you will see how excited the children are.
2.2. Wild Safari Area
The Safari area is a semi-wild zoo with nearly 50 different species of animals. The animals will be freed in an artificial, semi-wild environment with no cages or barriers to separate them. How often have you heard of “locking animals – releasing people”? But at Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, the opposite is true. Visitors will be able to try the feeling of being "locked up" on the tram, the animals will be free around.

3. What to eat at Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc?
Visiting the area is also near noon. I decided to have lunch right at Safari Phu Quoc. This area does not have too many restaurants but all are clean, eye-catching, enough to serve the dining needs of tourists.
3.1. Flamingo restaurant
Flamingo has a large, airy space that can cover a green and poetic landscape. This is the perfect address for group guests. The menu at the restaurant is quite diverse. Guests can order dishes or choose from the set menu.
The restaurant is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. You can both enjoy delicious food and visit the animal show area with many cute and funny animals.
3.2. Giraffe restaurant
Wild space, unique culinary taste will bring you many unexpected experiences. The restaurant is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., nestled in the middle of a vast, green forest as far as the eye can see. You will also meet adorable giraffes and feed them if needed. The price of each meal for deer is 30,000 VND.

Rhino is located on the romantic Swan Lake, close to the ticket gate. You can choose for yourself delicious food, recharge before starting the journey to discover Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc.
In addition to restaurants, this area also has many fast food stalls serving snacks, soft drinks, ice cream… In my opinion, the food prices are quite reasonable. You can also refer to the menu or ask for the price before using the service!

In order to have a happy and smooth tour, from my own experiences on the last trip, I would like to note a few things for you:
Should visit in the early morning: The journey to discover Safari Phu Quoc is very long, through many different areas. You should go early to see many beautiful scenes, visit more animals. Moreover, if you go too late, at noon, the animals usually rest. You will miss many regrettable moments!
Prepare yourself a map of the zoo area: Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc's zoo area is very large with many different areas. If you want to move quickly, without getting lost, prepare yourself a map. The map is played right at the entrance area.
For families with children under 6 years old, bring a stroller. Or not, you can also rent a stroller at the service counter. Although the park does not allow food inside, you can also prepare some snacks for the children in case they are hungry.
